PSHE Sessions with Classes 8A & 8C

These were 45 minute long awareness sessions conducted on the 13th & 15th of December.


These were engaging sessions where students shared their views on academic pressure. We conducted two activities - a breathing session and an interactive hand raising activity.


Through our presentation, we raised awareness by showing students that they weren’t alone in this issue and we provided tips on how to alleviate academic stress.
